Solar Plexus Chakra & Throat Chakra are related and linked. When we lose our power (the will power- solar plexus) we also lose our power to speak (throat chakra). It’s not that we are not telling the truth, it’s that the truth gets stuck or stuffed. If you are having issues with anything located in the mid body or the throat, you can be sure that both chakras are out of balance. It is very easy to google all of the emotional issues related to these two chakras. Again, when you are not speaking your truth and standing in your power for fear of what others may think or you feel you may “hurt someones feelings” you are holding back your truth and possibly stuffing. These are very key chakras to work on.
If you feel it is chronic, play one to two times a day, then follow up maybe once a week.
