All Chakras are linked. When one chakra is out of balance, it drains the other chakras. It is always important to play the full length of this program. Root & Crown Chakra has to do with issues of wanting to be and feeling safe on Mother Earth. It is the Earth Day Frequency that we use in this program and has many, many other benefits such as grounding to Earth as well as making us feel more energetic. When our Root & Crown Chakra is out of balance, we lose our energy, our connection to mother earth and to the heavens above. That is why they are linked together…. It takes a full 30 minutes for that chakra to come back into balance. Usually it is a lifetime chronic out of balance, so it is very important if you know you have a root chakra issue, that you play these ongoing, Maybe once a week . If you are feeling really drained and disconnected, once a day and if you know you are having a major issue, you might want to play it a couple times in one day.
