Heart Chakra stands alone and is not paired with the other chakras. It is naturally the most powerful energetic part of our body. Heart math has the statistics on how much more powerful energetically the heart is than the brain. In our highly technical, highly intelligent education based society we have put all of the emphasis on the brain. The heart carries more of a electromagnetic field and is the most powerful of all of the organs as far as guiding our life. In the heart chakra program, we have the first 30 minutes balancing all of the chakras making sure they are all in alignment before we spend 30 minutes on the heart chakra. The heart chakra frequency is also the OM Frequency. That means you are grounding with Mother Earth, which is very important. It is the exact frequency that is used in India that they have been tuning their instrument to for the past 5,000 years. Very grounding, extremely healing on its own.
